Our Online Certification enables you to thoroughly understand how to build a High Performance Teams using the Team Alignment Survey as a tool to measure where to start.

OUTCOMES

Participation in this Certification will enable you to:

• Understand the integral part Trust plays in the alignment of a team and the six factors a team needs to be in alignment on to become a high-performance team.
• Understand the key models: Intégro Trust Model and Trust with DiSC.
• Understand the research data and why trust is integral for a team to reach the highest quartile of alignment.
• Learn the process of debriefing this assessment and helping a team develop appropriate action plans to increase alignment by building trust.
• Gain expertise in the Team Alignment Survey and its implementation into any organisation.

DELIVERY STYLE

Delivered as online training over two-hours with Keith Ayers, CEO of Intégro Learning Company and Founder of the Trust Inside Assessments.

Our classes are delivered using a platform called Zoom. Participants are sent a link one day before a course is due to start, and they log in by clicking the link.
