Comprehensive Selection Report

This is the primary report to use for selection purposes. It provides one candidate’s results in graph and narrative form and compares those results to a single performance model. It includes customised interview questions.

Leadership – Selection

Provides insight into a candidate’s leadership potential and their approach to meeting leadership challenges. Features tailored questions and tips on “what to listen for” with each candidate

Sales Comprehensive Selection Report

The PXT Select Sales Comprehensive Selection Report is the primary report used for selection of sales positions. It differs from the Comprehensive Selection Report in that it includes a section on Critical Sale Practices and also incorporates sales-related language throughout the report.

Performance Model Report

This report features the Performance Model for a given position, outlining the position’s desired range of scores for Thinking Style, Behavioural Traits, and Top Three Interests. The report also provides insight into the meaning of each scale and loosely describes the ideal candidate for the roles.

Multiple Candidates Report

This report is used to compare multiple candidates for one position. It compares the candidates’ results in graph form and plots them all on a single Performance Model. The Thinking Style and Behavioural Traits scales are defined in the report, as are the three Interests relevant to the Performance Model.

Multiple Positions Report

Which positons might be best for a particular individual? Compare a candidate or employee to multiple jobs in your organisation with this report. This report is useful for both selection and development. The report shows how aligned an individual is to different positions in the organisation.

Participant Reports

Individual’s Feedback Report

This Report gives feedback directly to the candidate in narrative form. It explains what the assessment measures and then provides an interpretation of the results in a written format, describing Thinking Style, Behavioural Traits and Interests.

Individual’s Graph Report

This report shows a participant’s placement on the Thinking Style and Behavioural Traits scale including an ordered list of Interests, giving a visual representation of the individual’s results.

Sales Individual Feedback Report

This report gives feedback directly to the candidate in narrative form. Unlike the Individual Feedback Report, it uses sales-related language throughout the report.
