What do we measure in the Customer Service Profile?

The Customer Service Profile measures six behavioural traits and two proficiencies. This profile is suitable for customer-facing roles in a variety of industries including but not limited to: healthcare, financial services, retail, and hospitality.

The Customer Service Profile is an online pre-employment assessment that measures a candidate’s behavioural traits (trust, empathy, focus, tact, conformity and flexibility) and proficiencies (vocabulary and numeric). To take the assessment, candidates receive an email invitation with a link that directs them to the online Assessment Centre.

The Customer Service Profile is highly customisable. Companies can identify their own gold standards for service.

Most candidates set aside 40 minutes to complete the pre-employment assessment, though some people need more time while others require less.

Clients can use this profile to successfully fill customer-facing roles in a variety of industries including but not limited to: healthcare, financial services, retail, and hospitality.
