What Is the Customer Service Profile Assessment?

This assessment measures how well a person’s customer service-oriented traits fit specific customer service roles within your organisation. It also helps you define what outstanding customer service means for your organisation to ensure alignment and consistency in how customer service is delivered. The assessment can be used for general customer service positions or tailored for specialised industries, such as hospitality, healthcare, financial services, and retail.

The Customer Service Profile Helps Your Organisation:

• Get an objective look at the skills your customer service organisation needs
• Hire the right candidates for customer service roles
• Improve client satisfaction by delivering the service your clients expect
• Minimise the cost of bad hires

The Customer Service Profile measures six behavioural traits and two proficiencies. This profile is suitable for customer-facing roles in a variety of industries including but not limited to: healthcare, financial services, retail, and hospitality.

The Customer Service Profile is an online pre-employment assessment that measures a candidate’s behavioural traits (trust, empathy, focus, tact, conformity and flexibility) and proficiencies (vocabulary and numeric). To take the assessment, candidates receive an email invitation with a link that directs them to the online Assessment Centre.

The Customer Service Profile is highly customisable. Companies can identify their own gold standards for service.

Most candidates set aside 40 minutes to complete the pre-employment assessment, though some people need more time while others require less.

Clients can use this profile to successfully fill customer-facing roles in a variety of industries including but not limited to: healthcare, financial services, retail, and hospitality.

The Customer Service Profile provides Interview Questions that are tailored to the candidate based on the individual’s assessment results and your unique performance model for the position, to make the interviewing process more effective.
