Everything DiSC® Refresher Certification

This 3-hour virtual workshop has been developed specifically for people who have completed Intégro’s Everything DiSC Accreditation/Certification program.

AIMS

Wiley released a new Everything DiSC Certification program from 1^st July 2023 which is now based on Everything DiSC on Catalyst instead of just the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile. Therefore, we thought it made sense to upgrade our Refresher program to include some of the new content and use the Catalyst platform as well.

Everything DiSC on Catalyst is an online learning platform designed to help organisations shape their culture by equipping people with the social and emotional skills needed for more effective interactions at work. Catalyst gives participants their own online account containing three Everything DiSC profiles – Workplace, Management and Agile EQ - as well as further learning insights, educational videos, podcasts and more.

This means you will be sent a link to take Workplace on Catalyst a couple of weeks prior to the Refresher program so we can include it in the program.

OUTCOMES

As a result of attending this program, you will be able to integrate new material into your DiSC sessions and have a better appreciation of how to keep DiSC alive with your clients.

DELIVERY STYLE

Our classes are delivered using a platform called Zoom. Participants are sent a link one day before the program is due to start, and they log in by clicking a link. You will receive all the information you need from us, the day before class starts.

To participate, ensure you have the following:

• A computer with video capabilities
• Headphones
• Internet access to connect to Zoom
