Everything DiSC 363® for Leaders combines the best of 360-degree feedback with the simplicity and power of DiSC. The profile is designed to provide multi-rater feedback, to identify the top three strategies the leader needs to focus on to improve their leadership effectiveness.

The Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Profile is a report that helps participants deepen their understanding of their own leadership style based on their DiSC style.

With the use of the selectable comment feature, CommentSmart, raters can give focused, balanced and constructive feedback that the user can easily implement.

Although all Everything DiSC profiles are simple, memorable, and easy to use, we do offer an Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Masterclass in order to give you depth into using the profile. This Masterclass ensures full understanding and effectiveness of the profile.


How 363 for Leaders differs from other 360 assessments:

Focused on Three Greatest Strengths and Three Development Strategies, not Five. Development Strategies are leadership practices the raters want to see more of the most, not what the leaders scored lowest in.

No literal comments, however the constructively written selectable comments provide powerful feedback.

All 24 leadership practices measured contribute to effective leadership. We are not measuring what not to do, only what raters want more of.

Leaders take a two-part, self-rating online assessment that combines the Everything DiSC and Leadership Behaviours assessments to measure their general behavioural style and traits and their leadership preferences and tendencies.

Raters are given a two-part, research validated, online assessment that combines the Leadership Behaviours assessment (also taken by the leader) with an additional Leadership Request survey that asks raters to identify which leadership practices they would like to see the leader engage in more frequently. Leaders can have an unlimited number or raters.

The Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Profile is a 22-page report that helps participants deepen their understanding of their own leadership style based on their DiSC style. Participants learn the Eight Approaches to Effective Leadership while examining how colleagues perceive their performance against these approaches. Participants discover their greatest strengths as a leader and receive in-depth information and concrete strategies for improving three challenge areas determined by their raters.
