Everything DiSC® Management Online Short Course

The Everything DiSC Management Profile is a personalised learning experience that increases the effectiveness of anyone in a management role by deepening their understanding of themselves, their direct reports, and their own managers using the DiSC model. This engaging online course will assist in the development of key managerial skills using the insights of DiSC combined with small group learning. Participants will discover their DiSC Management Style and how this influences their approach to decision-making, time management, and problem-solving. In addition, they will learn skills relating to effective directing and delegating, building a motivating work environment, developing direct reports and successfully managing upwards. Participants will come away with personalised strategies to help them adapt to the styles of their direct reports, enabling them to bring out the best in their people, no matter where they are, becoming the most effective manager possible.

AIMS

Our classes are delivered using a platform called Zoom. Participants are sent a link one day before a course is due to start, and they log in by clicking a link. Do I need special software? Zoom is available free to everyone and is easy to use. You do not need to sign up beforehand. You will receive all the information you need from us, the day before the class starts.
