Becoming an Everything DiSC Certified Facilitator gives you credibility with participants and team leaders. This also signals a proven level of capability and knowledge in the profiles and DiSC research, giving you the ability to tie these solutions directly to individual, team and company goals.

Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification is your best resource to gain foundational knowledge and invaluable tools for facilitating Everything DiSC®. Designed with your busy schedules in mind, this online course allows you the flexibility of self-paced learning, paired with live, virtual classroom sessions led by our expert trainers.

OUTCOMES

Our Certification is available as a Public or an In-House Certification that will enable you to:

• Deepen your knowledge about the theory and research behind Everything DiSC, including how to use the research to address common questions from your participants

• Create strategies to promote a DiSC-based culture
• Explore MyEverythingDiSC^® and discover how to utilise it as an ongoing development tool

Suitable for coaches, facilitators, or trainers operating as an independent consultant or within a larger organisation.

DELIVERY STYLE

Delivered by an experienced Everything DiSC practitioner, this online version has three 1.5 hour live sessions. Prior to the first live session and between sessions you must complete the self-directed online learning which consists of modularised, engaging activities that allow you to absorb knowledge at your own pace. These online activities must be completed before the corresponding live virtual classroom sessions. You cannot achieve certification without all sections being completed. You will be asked to come to the program with a project team in mind that you plan to take through the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile. You will then use that team to apply what you are learning in the workshop, so you can leave with a program ready to go.

  Do I need special software? Our classes are delivered using a platform called Zoom. You do not need to sign up beforehand. Participants are sent a link one day before a course is due to start, and they log in by clicking a link in the email. Zoom is available free to everyone and is easy to use.
