WHY USE DiSC?
Most personality assessments are written for clinical, industrial, or organisational psychologists or for an academic audience. The reports are usually written about the person in the third person assuming that report is for someone other than the respondent.
The Everything Disc assessment is written for a general audience using neutral language and in fact is written in the first person to the respondent. It is a personal development tool to help individuals improve their relationships and their workplace effectiveness.
Although it is easy for a person to understand his or her profile without the assistance of an accredited facilitator our experience suggests that the feedback will be far more impactful if the respondent attends a facilitated debrief.
