There are four ways in which Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Profile is different to any other 360° degree assessments:
- There are 8 Leadership Approaches, and each have 3 Leadership Practices. All 24 Leadership Practices measured contribute to effective leadership. We do not measure ineffective behaviour, only what you want your leaders to do more of.
- There are no free text comments. In Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders Profile, we bring you CommentSmart, an exclusive selectable comments feature so raters give only focused, balanced and constructive feedback - that doesn't sting! The feedback can still be impactful. Imagine the effect on the leader when 6 raters choose " I find her to be somewhat intimidating at times". That is a very strong message. Of course, there are positive comments as well. The free text comments that some 360 degree assessments deliver are usually the things that "sting" the most - and being told that what you are doing is wrong also carries a sting.
- Unlike other profiles, Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders is not concerned with the leader scored lowest in, only what the raters say the leader needs to do more of. Some of their lowest scores may be irrelevant in their role, so why focus on it?
- There is also an additional Coaching Supplement for the person debriefing the report that provides additional information about the leader's strengths and challenges - personalised to each leader's report.
